Ingredients
- 4 (small to medium filets) filets of fish
- Sazon – All Purpose Seasoning
- Artichoke Hearts – 1 can
- Mushrooms – 1 jar (fresh if preferred)
- Roasted Red Sweet Peppers – 1 jar
- Capers – 1 jar
- Onion (optional)
- Butter or Olive Oil – (optional)
Directions
- Heat skillet on medium.
- Sauté butter or olive oil with onions and mushrooms
- Season with Sazon
- Add artichoke hearts and roasted peppers
- Sauté for 5 minutes
- Lay fish filets and capers on top of the ingredients
- Cover, until the fish is cooked (white).
Served with Salad.
