Captain Rick’s Favorite Fish Recipe

Preparation Time:  15 Minutes

Servings:     4

Ingredients

  • 4 (small to medium filets) filets of fish
  • Sazon – All Purpose Seasoning
  • Artichoke Hearts – 1 can
  • Mushrooms – 1 jar (fresh if preferred)
  • Roasted Red Sweet Peppers – 1 jar
  • Capers – 1 jar
  • Onion (optional)
  • Butter or Olive Oil – (optional)

Directions

  1. Heat skillet on medium.
  2. Sauté butter or olive oil with onions and mushrooms
  3. Season with Sazon
  4. Add artichoke hearts and roasted peppers
  5. Sauté for 5 minutes
  6. Lay fish filets and capers on top of the ingredients
  7. Cover, until the fish is cooked (white).

Served with Salad.
